These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 328jili ("328jili", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at 328jili.ws ("Platform"). One Account Policy: Each player is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) account on the 328jili Platform. Duplicate accounts — whether registered using different email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — are prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, 328jili reserves the right to close all accounts associated with the same individual and to withhold any funds pending a full review.

Deposits: 328jili accepts deposits via GCash, Maya / PayMaya, GrabPay, QR Ph, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. All deposit amounts are credited in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier section of the Platform at the time of transaction.

Deposits must be funded from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. 328jili does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts. Any deposit received from a third-party source may be reversed and the associated account flagged for review.

All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated in the individual promotion:

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 328jili Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Registering or operating more than one account on the Platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with or place wagers on the Platform.
• Exploiting any software bug, error, or vulnerability in the Platform — including games or the payment system — for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, strictly in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to:

• Reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent from 328jili.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or technology used in the Platform.
• Use any 328jili trademark, logo, or branding in any way that implies endorsement or affiliation without express written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 328jili's total cumulative liability to you arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits you have made to your account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

328jili shall not be liable to you for any of the following, whether or not 328jili was advised of the possibility of such losses:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated winnings.
• Loss of data or account information.
• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss of any kind.
• Losses resulting from your failure to comply with these Terms.
• Losses resulting from technical failures, internet outages, or third-party service interruptions beyond 328jili's reasonable control.
• Losses attributable to your use of the Platform while under the influence of alcohol or other substances.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit 328jili's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by Philippine law.

Regulatory Complaints: If you are not satisfied with the outcome of a dispute following our internal resolution process, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its official complaints channels. 328jili cooperates fully with all PAGCOR investigations and regulatory reviews.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
